Ram has over 25 years of experience in consultancy and professional services, having held senior roles at Infor, Sage, Unit4, Professional Advantage, and Systems Union. Throughout his career, he has led large teams, driven strategic growth, and delivered complex solutions across the Financial and HCM Software sectors. 
 
Before taking the role of Global Managing Director at WD Assist, Ram served as a Senior Services Executive at Workday where he helped clients plan and execute successful projects across market segments. His leadership style, deep industry knowledge, and passion for mentoring make him a fantastic fit to lead WD Assist into its next chapter.  

Julian brings extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and the Workday ecosystem. After a couple of years successfully delivering property projects and supporting a range of growing technology businesses, Julian returns to the Workday space with a proven track record of driving measurable results and fostering strong client relationships.

Julian leads the growth of WD Assist’s channel and alliance partnerships, with a particular focus on strengthening our collaboration with Workday.

David has over a decade of experience across enterprise technology, ERP, and data-driven solutions, with the last several years focused within the Workday ecosystem. He has partnered with global customers, systems integrators, and consulting firms across the UK, Europe, United States, and the Middle East, supporting programmes from initial implementation through optimisation and post-production support.

Prior to joining WD Assist, David worked as a Workday and ERP advisor, supporting large-scale initiatives across Financials, HCM, Data, Integrations, and AMS. Earlier in his career, he held commercial and advisory roles spanning SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, analytics, and digital platforms, providing a broad understanding of enterprise transformation and delivery models.

David is known for his relationship-led approach and his ability to align organisations with the right blend of functional, technical, and advisory expertise to drive long-term value from ERP investments.

Łukasz is a seasoned Workday specialist with over 13 years of hands-on experience delivering and shaping complex Workday solutions for global organisations. He began his career as a Workday Integration Consultant, progressing into Integration Lead roles where he designed and governed enterprise-scale integration and reporting landscapes.

He is responsible for technical strategy, solution architecture, and innovation across the Workday platform. His expertise spans Integrations, Reporting, and Workday Extend, covering all functional areas within Workday.

Łukasz designs simple, secure, and scalable integrations, building insightful reporting solutions, and creating custom Workday Extend applications that address real business challenges. He combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset, helping organisations maximise the value of their Workday investment through automation, modern architecture, and thoughtful use of platform capabilities.

Andrew is a highly experienced Workday specialist with over 10 years of focused expertise across Compensation, Benefits, and Reporting. He is passionate about using Workday to reward and retain talent, unlock meaningful insights, and drive strategic value for organisations.

Known for simplifying complexity and championing best-practice Workday design, Andrew supports clients to optimise configuration, improve data-driven decision making, and strengthen reward frameworks.

Andrew has delivered Workday solutions for a wide range of leading organisations, bringing both deep product knowledge and practical industry experience to every engagement.

Anna is an accomplished HRIS and Workday specialist with 15+ years of experience supporting global HR operations and transformation programmes across Europe and international markets. She has been working with Workday since 2015 and is certified in HCM and Data Conversion. Anna has deep expertise in HR data management, systems implementation, data migration, and post-go-live support. She started her career delivering HR service support within the pharmaceutical industry, covering recruitment, training, payroll, global mobility, and HR policy design. She has extensive experience with data management, process change controls, legacy data conversion, and Global system implementation across 70 countries.

Anna has led multiple Workday projects and workstreams, including European Greenfield implementations for Denmark, Belgium, and France. Her responsibilities have included data migration leadership, stakeholder engagement, testing oversight, cutover planning, finance and ERP integrations, and production support. She has partnered closely with local and regional HR teams to design processes, documentation and workflows, including M&A fit-gap analysis, orphan data, compensation cycles and global mobility.

With a proven track record in project ownership, reporting, stakeholder communication and end-to-end delivery, Anna brings a rare combination of Workday product knowledge, HR domain depth, and hands-on technical capability. She is fluent in four languages and holding an MA in Communication makes her the go-to person for clients when difficult technical concepts are to be explained in layman terms.
