Our model & how it works

At WD Assist, our approach is to get you the exact level of support you need, right when you need it. With WD Assist, there are never any long term commitments, and we offer several ways to work with us without a contract if that meets your needs.

The primary options we offer are:

  1.  Support for a single, specific item you need from our service catalogue. Contact us for more details about specific services.
  2. “Buckets” of hours for purchase to cover any support needs, so that you can limit your purchase to whatever meets your budget.
  3. Formal contracts for implementing small projects for a functional area. Phase X implementations, or other Workday® related projects.  
All Support packages can be purchased online via a 10% deposit or purchase order.
